  Prof. Manju Tembhre - Associate Editor

Prof. Manju Tembhre obtained M.Sc., M. Phil and Ph.D. in 1994 from Barakatullah University, Bhopal. Dr. Tembhre began her teaching career in 1983 as Asst. professor later became Founder-Principal of a multi faculty college in 2006. She has over 32 years of teaching experience in Zoology in UG/PG classes and over 09 years experience in administration as Principal. She is involved actively in research for last 22 years. Dr. Tembhre has contributed significantly in the field of neurotoxicology, Enzyme Kinetics, and Histopathlogy & Histochemistry. She has guided over 14 Ph. D students in Zoology and Biotechnology. She has authored two books, (i)'Anatomy and physiology of fishes’ Published by Vikas Publishing house. New Delhi, INDIA. (ii) ‘Anatomy, Physiology, Genetics, Biotechnology & Applied Fisheries’ Published by New Central Book Agency (P) Ltd. Kolkata. To her credit over 50 scientific papers / review articles in various high quality International and National journals.

She has widely travelled and worked in many countries like USA, France, Singapore, Sri Lanka, UAE, Thailand and Malaysia to present research papers, invited talks and to chair technical sessions and as Jury member. She also has represented Indian Science Congress Association and the country in Sri Lanka Association for the Advancement of Science at Colombo, Sri Lanka. She had distinction to be the Executive Member of most prestigious Indian Science Congress Association (ISCA) for five terms (2010-15).

Dr. Tembhre has also successfully completed many research projects funded by UGC and MPCST. She is the recipient of prestigious Indian National Science Academy fellowship (INSA) for pursuing higher research.She has been recipient of Best teacher Award by Indian Science Society and Rotary Club. She conferred with Young Scientist awards for best paper presentation. She had distinction to be the Executive Member of most prestigious Indian Science Congress Association (ISCA) for five terms (2010-15). She has long experience in teaching, research and administration.She has been associated with many bodies in various capacities to contribute for Higher Education.

Dr. Tembhre is academically associated as reviewer with Elsevier Journal of Pesticide, Biochemistry and Physiology published from the Netherlands, International Journal of Pharmacology and Biological Sciences, Journal of Environment Science, CTR publication. She is Fellow of Academy of Sciences for Animal Welfare. She has the honour to selected as senior member of most renowned Asia-Pacific Chemical, Biological and Environmental Engineer Society, Hog Kong. She has to her credit the organization of seven National Seminars and 10 workshops funded by UGC, MPCST and ISCA.
